Taxi Prices Cyprus (Larnaca, Cyprus) is responsible for the personal data you give us when you book a transfer. Contact: info@taxipricescyprus.com.
What we collect
When you book: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email (optional), flight number (optional), pickup and drop-off, date and time, number of passengers, vehicle, child seats or boosters, special requests and the hotel or address you give us. We create a booking reference and keep the messages we exchange about your booking. We never collect payment-card details — you pay the driver.
Why we use it
- To arrange and carry out your transfer (performing our contract with you).
- To contact you about your booking by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- For customer support, administration and keeping our systems secure (our legitimate interests).
- To meet legal obligations, for example accounting records.
We do not send marketing and do not sell your data.
Who sees it
Our staff and the driver assigned to your booking. Our website and database are run by our hosting provider, who stores the data on our behalf. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and customer personal data (name, phone/WhatsApp, email, flight number, addresses and special requests) for 12 months after the completed transfer. After this period the personal data is automatically deleted or anonymised. Booking records without personal details (reference, route, date, price) may be kept for accounting. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
Your rights
Under EU data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, receive it in a portable format where applicable, and withdraw any consent you gave.
