- How do I pay for my transfer?

- Online Payment via WooCommerce: You can also pay for your booking in advance through our website using WooCommerce. This option allows you to securely pay online at the time of booking.
Please note that payments are processed at the end of the journey if paying by cash or card. If you require a receipt, you can request one from the driver or it will be provided if you paid online.

- What luggage entitlement will I have?

- Our standard taxis can accommodate up to 4 passengers with luggage. Typically, this includes:
- 2 large suitcases (up to 28 inches or 71 cm in total dimensions)
- 2 small carry-on bags or personal items
If you have additional or oversized luggage, please inform us when booking so we can arrange a suitable vehicle to accommodate your needs. Additional charges may apply for extra luggage or special items such as sports equipment or musical instruments.

- If you are having trouble finding your driver, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you are at the designated pick-up location, which is in front of the Avis Rent a Car office.
- Our drivers will always contact you via WhatsApp upon arrival. Please check your messages.
- If you still can’t locate your driver, contact our customer service line immediately for assistance. Provide your booking reference number so we can quickly locate your driver and provide updates.
